PREDICTION MODEL OF LONG-TIME SETTLEMENT FOR MULTI-STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS IN SOFT SOIL AREA |

摘要 根据上海软土地区多层住宅的长期沉降观测资料,对三种类型的软土地基的沉降曲线分别进行回归分析,经对比可知双曲线模型在拟合曲线和预测沉降发展规律方面均优于指数模型,确定拟合数据的起始点是提高精度的关键。 |

Abstract:
vAccording to the observation material of a long time settlement of multi-storey residential buildings with soft soil foundation in Shanghai region, the regression analysis is carried out for three kinds of settlement curves of the soft soil foundation, respectively. With comparison, it is found that the hyperbolic curve model is superior to the exponential curve model in both the curve fitting and the prediction settlement development rule. It is the key of increasing precision to determine the start point of fitting data.
