Abstract:
According to the bridge type characteristics, continuous pumping lift-up construction technology, on-site construction conditions and environmental climatic conditions in the project, construction program, which includes performance requirements of SCC filled steel tube, construction process of pumping lift-up, construction preparation, pumping sequence, aided design emergency treatment measures during construction, major technical construction issues, etc, were proposed in the paper; SCC with the properties of high-strength, shrinkage-compensating and excellent workability within long hours were prepared on-site. By the good construction organization, control and perfusion process monitoring on-site, pumping lift-up construction of SCC filled steel tube arch of full bridge achieved success based on the construction program.
