Abstract:
The superstructure of viaduct of Nanjing subway line 2 adopts single-line opening thin-wall U-type beam. Prefabrication construction technique of U-type beam is introduced and each construction procedure is strictly controlled, such as layout of site for beam fabrication, formwork assembly, binding of steel bar, positioning of prestressing, tensioning and concrete casting, so as to ensure the production quality of U-type beam. After dead-load breakdown test, the U-type beam meets the design requirements and satisfies the requirements of light rail.
