摘要 东方商务会馆采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,建筑物平面形状为梯形。竖向体形高位内收,引起结构竖向不规则。底层层高较高,引起下柔上刚,存在底部薄弱层。各标准层均设夹层,属复式结构。在结构平面、竖向的框架梁、柱以及剪力墙布置上采取措施,调整竖向不规则的体形对结构受力的总体影响。考虑建筑使用功能改变,对复式结构出现的两种不同结构布置体系分别建模计算和比较,得出考虑后置夹层参与整体结构的共同工作更能符合结构的实际受力特性。在构造上采取加强措施,保证建筑结构在地震和风载作用下具有一定的安全储备。对后置夹层结构布置竖 |

Abstract:
The building of Eastern Commercial Guildhall adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure and the building has a trapeziform plane shape. The building shrinks inward at the high elevation, causing vertical irregularity of the structure. The ground floor is relatively high, producing an effect of flexibility at lower part and stiffness at upper part, and there is a bottom weak storey. Post-built interlayer is set on all standard stories and it belongs to the duplex structure. Measures adopted for arrangement of structural plane and vertical frame girders, columns and shear walls to adjust the general influence of vertical irregular shape on the force applied on the structure. The changes in building function shall be considered, and models shall be created for calculation and comparison between the two different structural arrangement systems of duplex structure to obtain the joint work considering the participation of post-built interlayer in the integral structure. This may better satisfy the practical characteristics of forces applied on the structure. Relevant measures are adopted for structural strengthening to ensure that the building structure has certain safety margin under the action of earthquake force and wind load. Meanwhile, it is proposed for the arrangement of post-built interlayer structure that the vertical load transfer path shall be as direct as possible, so as to reduce the adverse influence on the integral structure.
