Abstract:
Energy saving effects of different reformation schemes are researched through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, based on thermal test data of enclosure structure before and after energy saving reformation of rural residential buildings in Beijing. Among single reformation items of enclosure structure, the most obvious energy saving, lowest cost and shortest cost recovery period are realized in window rebuilding. Therefore, energy saving reformation of existing rural residential buildings shall give preference to window rebuilding; if fund is limited, the rebuilding method shall be selected according to the following sequence, such as external window, external wall and roof.
