摘要 山东临沂某办公楼桩基础开挖中,采用人工和控制爆破相结合对井底岩石进行爆破作业。实施中对装药量、炮孔深度、布孔方式等进行计算,确保了孔壁完整及井壁安全。对井口采取防护措施,井筒成形规则,对围岩破坏轻微,岩石块度均匀,单循环平均炮眼利用率达90%以上。 |

Abstract:
During pile foundationexcavation of an office building in Linyi City, Shandong Province, combination of manual blasting and controlled blasting is used for rock blasting at shaft bottom. Explosive charge, depth of blast hole and hole arrangement are calculated during construction to ensure the completeness of hole wall and safety of shaft wall. Protective measures are adopted at shaft top, and the shaft cylinder is kept in a regular form, only causing slight damage to wall rock. Rock lumpiness is uniform and average shothole utilization ratio of single cycle is higher than 90%.
