Abstract:
The main structure of Qufu Confucius Cultural Exhibition Center adopts steel frame supporting system and large-span inverted triangle shuttle-type tubular truss structure. In this project, the steel structure workload is huge, and there are many space bent tubes, box columns, round stiffening columns and complex nodes, causing great difficulties for lifting. Considering these construction difficulties, appropriate welding technique and reverse deformation process are adopted and double-crane lifting process is selected after analysis of countermeasures and reasonable arrangement of construction sequences. Topdown construction method supported by winch and chain block is adopted to carry out synchronous construction with the upper structure. Engineering quality and construction schedule are ensured, paving a solid foundation for successful completion of the project.
