Abstract:
During construction of huge steel beam of Harbin Grand Theater, large crane, disk-lock scaffold and slippage method are jointly adopted to successfully overcome the difficulties in lifting large component. Especially, "shifting skates" (conveying tool) are used to reduce the friction during slippage and the slippage construction is smoothly carried out. Meanwhile, reasonable welding process is adopted to tackle the technical difficulties in low-temperature welding of thick plate and excellent effects are obtained.
