Abstract:
"Captain Mansion-Master Building" square is a deep and large foundation pit supporting engineering. Considering complex environmental context and adverse geological conditions, e.g. thick filling stratum within excavation scope and uneven nature of filling stratum, etc., various construction methods are adopted, such as supporting method of sloping unloading pile anchor plus soil nail, water-stop diaphragm wall sealed around rotary drilled and bored pile interlocked with cement-soil pile, as well as water-stop and dewatering techniques in foundation pit. After construction, it is proved that each side slope has only a slight displacement, which satisfies the design requirements, and that groundwater is also effectively controlled.
