Abstract:
Steel content is a key point in project cost control. Considering that steel content in building is influenced by many factors, such as structure type, height different, seismic fortification intensity and land type, etc., the design of high-rise residential building adopting shear wall may be optimized in three stages, including extended preliminary design, structural calculation and shop drawing design, so as to reduce steel content and to realize optimization of wall distribution, optimization of beam and slab distribution, reasonable selection of structural measure, foundation form, basement type and structural optimization, etc.
