桥梁顶推施工横向导向纠偏装置研究

摘要 新建衡茶吉铁路新衡阳上行疏解线特大桥上跨武广客运专线,桥墩高近40m,线路平面位于曲线上,受附近既有线的影响,无转体条件,故采用顶推施工。施工中对常用的横向导向纠偏装置进行改良,使用改良后的侧制导架,架设桥梁横向误差仅2 mm,纵向误差仅1 mm,满足了规范的要求。

Abstract: The new Hengyang up-run branch line super-large bridge of newly-built Heng-Cha-Ji Railway crosses over Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger transport special railway line. Its bridge pier is nearly 40m high and its plane is located on a curve. Turning conditions are not available on site due to the presence of existing line, so pushing and jacking construction method is adopted. Transverse guiding deviation-correction device which is usually used is modified during construction. The modified lateral guiding frame could guarantee that transverse error of bridge erection reaches 2mm and longitudinal error 1mm. Requirements of construction specification are successfully satisfied.
