Abstract:
The new Hengyang up-run branch line super-large bridge of newly-built Heng-Cha-Ji Railway crosses over Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger transport special railway line. Its bridge pier is nearly 40m high and its plane is located on a curve. Turning conditions are not available on site due to the presence of existing line, so pushing and jacking construction method is adopted. Transverse guiding deviation-correction device which is usually used is modified during construction. The modified lateral guiding frame could guarantee that transverse error of bridge erection reaches 2mm and longitudinal error 1mm. Requirements of construction specification are successfully satisfied.
