Abstract:
For the small office buildings those construction area below 3,000 square meters, according to the factor of building region, function, shape coefficient, orientation, the area ratio of window and wall, shading, and heat transfer ect., the comprehensive and full life cycle analyses of the energy consumption of buildings have be done by the application of Dest-2 and the orthogonal test. The results show that the main factors, which affect cooling load of buildings in summer, are the construction area, toward the front of the building, room temperature, the area ratio of window to wall, equipment and lighting heat, window glass materials, heat transfer coefficient of the roof. The design and control of these factors will achieve good important means of building energy conservation, and this can guide building energy conservation design.
