Abstract:
To eliminate fire hazard in flammable and combustible external heat insulation materials of building, heating value of compound sandwich material of prefabricated heat insulation system on external wall on fire is tested. During the test, the total heating value of material is calculated according to temperature and thermal capacity differences of water obtained before and after the test. It is found that surface and bottom mortar have very significant influences on the combustion performance of the whole heat insulation system and that they must have certain thickness to ensure the total heating value of whole system satisfying the specifications for class-A compound sandwich materials.
