Abstract:
High-performance green alkali slag concrete (ASC) is made of slag and compound activator of Na2SIO3 and NaOH. Tests are carried out to research ASC service performance, strength and drying shrinkage property and predication model. The results show that: ASC has favorable service performance and is of early high-strength concrete which belongs to low-shrinkage concrete, but its early shrinkage is a little higher than the later one, so measures shall be taken to strengthen the early curing; when sol proportion is same, ASC drying shrinkage value at different curing ages is in direct proportion with slag quantity; when slag quantity is same, the relation between ASC drying shrinkage value and sol proportion is not only a simple linear relation and there is an optimal value; logarithmic drying shrinkage prediction formula for ASC is established to effectively predict and analyze ASC drying shrinkage value.
