某图书馆工程低碳理念与施工技术实践

摘要 徐州某校图书馆工程为体现绿色低碳、环保节能的设计理念,应用自密实清水混凝土解决了型钢混凝土柱和梁中节点构造复杂、钢筋密集、混凝土下料和振捣困难、外观质量难于保证的难题;采用种植屋面、混凝土自防水、卷材防水、耐根穿刺防水相结合的方式,解决了种植屋面防水难题;楼面采用自流平细石混凝土,施工强度低,施工成型面平且裂缝少。

Abstract: In order to realize green, low-carbon, environmentally-friendly and energy-saving design concepts, self-compacting as-cast finish concrete is used in a school library project in Xuzhou, successfully solving the technical difficulties in complex node structure of profile steel reinforced concrete column and beam, dense steel bars, difficult feeding and vibration of concrete, guarantee of surface quality; the waterproof method combining planted roof, concrete self-waterproof, coiled material waterproof, root resistant waterproof is adopted to solve the difficulties in waterproof construction of planted roof; the floor adopts self-leveling fine stone concrete which has low construction intensity, plane construction surface and few crack.
