CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE FOR STEEL TRESTLE INSTALLED ON LARGE STEEL STRUCTURE IN ZHENGZHOU EAST RAILWAY STATION HOUSE PROJECT |

摘要 结合郑州东站工程站台层以上有高架层钢桁架和屋面管桁架两层结构,局部设高架商业夹层且桁架体量巨大的特点,确定采用竖向同步、水平推进、分段吊装的施工方法,配备12台250 t履带式起重机向东西两向退步吊装。考虑桥梁结构与钢结构交叉施工,需搭设6条钢栈桥作为履带式起重机行走通道,完成上部钢结构的吊装。通过采用跨桥支撑钢栈桥设置方案,为站房钢结构的安装方案实施奠定了基础,确保了施工工期,节省了施工费用。 |

Abstract:
In Zhengzhou East Railway Station project, there are two structures above the platform layer, including overhead steel truss and roof tubular truss, local overhead commercial interlayer is designed and these trusses have huge volume. Considering these characteristics, the construction method of vertical synchronism, horizontal construction and segment lifting is adopted and 12 pieces of 250 t crawler cranes are used to lift these trusses in a terraced form along both east and west directions. In the project, there is cross construction between bridge structure and steel structure, so 6 steel trestles shall be erected as travel route for the crawler crane to lift the upper steel structure. Crossover bridge is used to support the steel trestle, paving a solid base for installation of steel structure of station house, ensuring the construction schedule and saving construction cost.
