Abstract:
Nanjing State Grid project adopts the construction method of overlapping and assembling two layers of steel beams, integral hydraulic lifting and positioning in layers and integral installation of overlapped steel beams is realized through up-lifting and bottom-supporting construction method; the synchronous hydraulic lifting system adopts CAN busbar control and three-level control from master controller to hydraulic lifter to realize independent real-time monitoring and adjustment of each hydraulic lifter in the system and to improve the synchronous control accuracy during synchronous hydraulic lifting. Meanwhile, up-anchor is set as self-locking anchor in case of no load and emergency, to obviously improve the safety factor and ensure the engineering quality.
