Abstract:
In order to provide basis for design of carbon fiber reinforced MPC-base composite material, researches are carried out on the processing method of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) bar, surface treatment method, basic MPC performance and embedded length of CFRP bar, etc. It is found that the surface treatment method has obvious influences on axial tensile strength of CFRP bar and the withdraw resistance in MPC base. Appropriate amount of FA could improve the 28d withdrawing resistance of CFRP bar. The withdrawing resistance of CFRP bar is obviously increased when the embedded length in MPC base increases, and it reaches the axial tensile strength when the embedded length is about 2cm.
