弧形平立面超高层结构板边的测量控制技术

摘要 望京SOHO-T3工程外形为不规则的圆弧形,平面和立面均为曲线,结构板边曲线的测控和定位难度很大,为此借鉴类似工程经验,并预先采用全站仪模拟放线,解决了测量速度和精度的矛盾;为方便施工并保证质量,与设计单位协商修改了挑檐板设计,经复核误差均在20 mm以内,满足了板边线控制要求。

Abstract: Wangjing SOHO-T3 building adopts irregular arched shape, whose planes and facades are composed of curves, producing great difficulties for measurement control and positioning of structural slab edge curve. Experiences of similar projects are referred and total station is used to simulate line drawing, successfully solving the contradiction between measurement speed and accuracy; the design of cantilever eaves board is changed through negotiation with the design unit, to guarantee convenient construction and construction quality. Verification result indicates that the error is within 20 mm, satisfying the requirements for control of slab edge line.
