Abstract：
Seasonal construction measure is a kind of construction documents which are made for coping the bad effects on construction engineering projects due to the climatic features of a certain area. The purposes for establishing and implementing seasonal construction measure are to decrease the bad effects that climatic features have on the construction engineering projects, to control and reduce the investment as well as to make sure the proceeding of it. What’s more, efficient construction times and construction quality can also be certified.
