Abstract：
A hotel apartment in Chaoyang district of Beijing is located in an area where the underground water level is high and it has 3- to 5-storey podium building, so partial bonding prestressed anti-floating pile is used to resist the buoyancy of underground water. Considering leakage at 9 pieces of steel strands of bottom plate on B3 floor, cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing coating is used and grouting water-stop scheme is adopted to realize favorable construction effect.
