Abstract：
As the growth of sales and expansion of commercial housing and affordale housing,the complaints caused by the construction quality problems have been increasing.Among all of these complaints,the complaint of housing leakage problem accounted for 25%.And,among the total complaints of housing leakage problem,the toilet leakage problem accounted for 60%.Therefore,finding out the reasons of toilet leakage,making a good preparation for the prevetion and a precise organization of the construction are the key to the toilet leakage problem.
