Abstract:
Traditional tapping method and ultrasonic method for determination of adhering quality defect of external wall finishing tile have some shortcomings, such as strong subjectivity and low efficiency, etc., and infrared equipment could realize fast determination on large area without touching the object. Based on infrared imaging theory, this paper analyzed the temperature change caused by adhering defect of external wall finishing tile, proposed a kind of temperature-based determination method for adhering quality defect of external wall finishing tile according to the original temperature data collected by infrared imaging method, and carried out verification and analysis through tests.
