Abstract:
This paper studies the influence of window-wall ratio, floor area, depth, the length of external shading on the average coefficient of indoor day lighting based on the orthogonal design method. The results shows that the depth>window-wall ratio>floor area, and the length of external shading has no significant influence on the average coefficient of indoor day lighting. Therefore controlling the depth of room should be the main measures in type design for room and should not over reduce the length of external shading and increase window-wall ratio.
