新型保温隔热屋面暗埋式排汽系统施工技术

摘要 传统的透汽屋面因受透汽孔高度和坐落位置影响,屋面的装饰观感效果较差,妨碍屋面上活动,降低了上人屋面整体功能,且出屋面透汽孔防水施工复杂,易致屋面渗漏。通过结合工程实际,施工探索出屋面透汽系统施工新技术,该方法在不改变屋面透汽功能的条件下进行技术革新,屋面上不留透汽孔,采取透汽措施,充分利用屋面四周设有女儿墙或有突出屋面的楼梯间、设备房排气烟道等屋面构造。经实践效果检查,其屋面透汽系统实体质量、技术、经济效果均良好

Abstract: The height and position of vapor permeation hole of traditional vapor permeation roof may damage the visual decorative effect, impede activities on roof, reduce the overall function of roof, waterproof construction of vapor permeation hole may be complex and roof leakage may be easily caused. Based on engineering practices, new construction technique of roof vapor permeation system was explored. This technique realized technical innovation without changing the function of roof vapor permeation. No vapor permeation hole was set on roof, but vapor permeation measures were adopted to set parapet around the roof or other roof structures were built, such as overhung staircase and draught flue of equipment room, etc. After inspection, it showed that favorable quality, technical and economic effects of roof vapor permeation system were realized.
