Abstract:
Pre-stressing construction technology of tensioned device for high-strength bolts requires smaller equipment size, operating easily, high precision, scientific and effective installation method, reducing the construction difficulty of high-strength bolts, improving the construction efficiency, providing a reliable guarantee on high quality construction and technical inspection of high-strength bolts. Field experiments show that the node flange tightness of the fit has been improved, the intensity of work of workers has declined, the installation efficiency improved significantly. Hydraulic tensioning device not only can be used as pre-tension apparatus of high-strength bolts for new steel constructions, but also can be used as testing tools for built steel building.
