Abstract：
Shanghai Tower is a super-high and super-large building, involving multiple architectural functions and diversified commercial activities. It encountered various difficulties, such as complex branch systems, a large number of construction units, a great deal of information transmission, multiple innovative design concepts and applications and difficult cost control, etc. This paper discussed the fund management mode in Shanghai Tower Project and analyzed how to improve the safety and effectiveness of construction fund in key projects and to realize maximum fund management.
