Abstract:
Middle partition wall of single–hole double–track subway tunnel is used for the first time in China and there are not relevant quality control indexes at present. After analysis and research on the construction process, it is found that key factors influencing construction quality of middle partition wall are manual setting of assembly machine parameters, strength, rigidity and stability of temporary support and position deflection of preserved connector on the shield segment top. It shows that both longitudinal axial deflection and verticality are effectively controlled after strengthening the aforesaid construction quality control measures and expected effects are realized.
