Abstract：
In this paper, the application of construction organization and key technology system for industrial precast concrete housing project was studied. The characteristics of precast concrete construction and requirements of specialized construction were analyzed, key technology system was discussed such as precast components storage, installation, joint concreting and coupling sleeve grouting. At the same time the economic and social benefits of 4 projects were also analyzed qualitatively, construction period was reduced, the comprehensive cost was decreased.
