Abstract：
After 10 years of practice tests and improvements about valuation with bill quantity, Professionals have summed up some experience and methods gradually. This article analyzes practical engineering problems often arise in the preparation process of the tender control price, and put forward some concrete solutions to address these issues, so that making more accurate preparation of tender control price, conducive to take the control of the estimated cost of the construction side of employer.
