Abstract:
Beijing Greenland Center No. 4 business office building project for super tall building, building area of 129611 square meters, the height of the building is 260m. We conducted a study on the key technology of the test wall crack control of concrete composite shear wall steel plate, through the optimization of node design, innovation by using the constrained plate connection and symmetric skip welding process control of steel plate shear wall welding deformation and residual stress, development of high performance high flow state concrete, steel plate shear wall, strictly reinforcing bar, template installation, concrete pouring construction process management, formulate the conservation measures, successfully seized control of steel - concrete composite shear wall harmful cracks, greatly improve the construction quality of the structure system of the high-rise.
