Abstract:
This paper mainly studies the analysis method and application of energy dissipation technology with viscous dampers in complex industrial vibration. Based on “ The speed function equivalent method” is put forward in the study of damping coefficient equivalent, the dynamic testing and signal processing of a chemical plant with stochastic shocks, non-stable and multi-frequency vibration have been taken. Combined with the finite element technique, the viscous damping vibration reduction time-history analysis and on-site reinforcement of the plant structure has been done. The results showed that the technology of energy dissipation with nonlinear viscous dampers has an obvious effect compared with the traditional method of strengthening structure stiffness, which can be an effective means for solving complex industrial vibration and sever as a reference and enlightenment for similar projects.
