Abstract:
Affected by the flood, a new building’s basement rose up, the beams and columns of the basement were damaged and the floating height was 20 cm. According to these circumstances, the pre-stressed pipe piles were broken. By the analysis of reasons of the basement’s floating and geological conditions, the static pressing steel pipe-piles were used in the basement’s anti-floating reinforcement. By the reasonable pressure pile force and considering the influence of compaction effect, the effect of reinforcement is effective. The results can provide a reference for similar projects.
