Abstract:
The buildings on No.122-13 plot of New Pujiang City project have special shape and complex terraces, balconies and roofs. The heat insulation material is relatively thick and the roof has high anti-seepage requirement. During construction, strict anti-seepage measures were adopted for certain construction processes, such as concrete structure construction, polymer-cement putty for substratum, polyurethane 911 waterproof coating, fine stone structure sloping, waterproof PE film self-adhesive rubber asphalt coil, new heat-insulation foam glass, detail treatment of roof, etc., to guarantee the construction schedule and quality. No roof leakage was detected in acceptance and the expected effects were realized.
