Abstract:
The paper is proposed to improve the construction technology on high large formwork of transform beam and to obtain the performance of steel tube of high large formwork. The performances of the steel tube of high large formwork during the whole period of placing concrete are researched, including the stress distribution of the steel tube before placing concrete, the stress variation of the steel tube in placing concrete. The vibration wire strain sensors are selected to monitor the steel tube in time. Based on the analysis on the measurements, the performance of high large formwork of transform beam has been obtained effectively. Furthermore, the stresses of horizontal elements in this full support frame satisfy the design requirements by the monitoring test on site.
