Abstract:
In practical engineering, the methods applying to calculate the pile under the horizontal loads are less, and the common method m and the p-y curve method exist many problems. Therefore, this paper proposes a p-y curve and finite interlayer coupling horizontal bearing capacity calculation method of PHC pipe pile. There is a certain value that it illustrates the rationality of the PHC Piles carrying capacity under horizontal load through theoretical analysis, the method basing on experiment is proposed to predict the level of ultimate bearing capacity of PHC pipe piles and the ultimate load value derived by comparing the different calculation methods confirms that the calculation methods of the p-y wears coupling finite layer can more accurately simulate the characteristics of the PHC pile under horizontal loads.
