Abstract:
Based on Research on mechanism of high-performance expansive agent, Data monitoring of field practical project, as well as implementation of technical measures, crack-free and waterproof underground structures have been successfully built. It was concluded that high-performance expansive agent was the key point of shrinkage-compensating concrete possessed good crack-free and waterproof effect. Calcium oxide and calcium sulphoaluminate were the main expansion source of high-performance expansive agent which satisfied the requirements of national Standard II type product with good expansion property. Combined with corresponding technical measures, internal microstrain of shrinkage-compensating concrete with tiny expansive state in main structure was more than 100 μ.
