Abstract:
The research achievements of flexural concrete member with FRP reinforcement in experiment, theoretical analysis, engineering application and guidance formation have been reviewed in this paper. The durability of FRP bars and the interfacial bond-slip affected by concrete strength, diameter and surface of FRP rebar, temperature are summarized. The experimental and numerical methods for analyzing the mechanical properties of FRP reinforced concrete beams are introduced, and the problems needed to be further investigated are pointed out.
