Abstract：
This paper analyzed the problems that large hydroelectric design institute faces in international EPC general contract management and studied the advantages and disadvantages in different stages of international EPC general contract. Relevant countermeasures were proposed for large hydroelectric design institute to become an international EPC general contractor.
