Numerical Model and Analysis of Crack on Super-long Thick Concrete Floor Slab in Construction

Abstract:
Based on concrete exponential form creeping model, subprogram development function of finite element software ABAQUS was used to calculate the creepage of super-long floor slab. The influencing law of hydration heat of floor slab was obtained and it was found that addition of 2% swelling agent could effectively reduce the shrinkage creepage, after consideration of hydration heat temperature field calculation, temperature stress calculation, as well as the influence of material nonlinearity and boundary nonlinearity of hydration heat, dynamic material performance, floor slab division and formwork dismantlement.
