Abstract：
Three-dimensional model was established to use the model information for communication and construction during the whole decoration period. Construction sequence and difficulties were directly shown to successfully solve collision with the construction of other disciplines and to effectively improve the engineering quality and work efficiency. Based on the characteristics of BIM system, BIM technique was used in the decoration phase to realize visual construction, parameterized construction and synergetic construction among different disciplines, successfully solving the collision among different disciplines and the difficulties in material selection, model room construction and in-depth design, etc.
