Abstract:
A Municipal Administrative Service Center is 99.00m high and covers about 20,8000 m2 gross building area. Concrete and steel structures were analyzed and calculated respectively during structural design. The main body of the building is frame shear wall structure and the podium building adopts frame structure. The citizen square on the south is a flat large-span cable-stayed steel structure and its entrance facade is decorated with glass curtain wall. The north part is a reinforced concrete structure, whose both ends are supported by two pieces of huge lattice columns. The roof of beam string structure is connected to the columns through a large ring beam, where the connecting nodes of the main concrete column adopt two-way aseismic cast steel ball and socket bearing. The structure design and architectural design successfully satisfied the structural load bearing requirements and realized favorable architectural effect.
