Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of large engineering construction management complexity, to improve ability of construction enterprise of engineering construction management, to enhance the enterprise competitive power, BIM technology is introduced, basing on the theory of task-technology fit, through the establishment of task-technology fit model, analysing the needs of engineering construction management and advantage of BIM technology, through expounding the characteristics of TTF model in construction management task, characteristics of BIM technology, realizing the adaptation of the BIM technology and the demand of engineering construction phase effectively, confirming the necessity of BIM technology in engineering construction management.
