Abstract：
On the basis of accessible design, combined with the existing technical specifications and universal design of seven principles, hold down the road traffic, landscape elements, recreational venues and facilities, public service facilities in the four systems for universal design of reference standards, put forward the basic standards and recommended standards, in order to effectively guide the design practice of aged society residential development.
