Abstract:
After optimization of raw material mixing proportion, emulsified asphalt cement mortar was prepared by using anionic emulsified asphalt, cement, sand, styrene-acrylic emulsion, silicon powder and defoamer under appropriate processing conditions. It was proved that this method has many advantages, such as simple preparation, favorable placeability, low elastic modulus and high compressive strength, etc. This method could reduce construction cost and working intensity, improve engineering quality, save energy and reduce discharge.
