Abstract：
Full life cycle BIM application was designed from the R & D phase. Traditional and innovative drawing methods were combined together to exert the maximum application value of BIM technique. New work flow was innovated to explore the flow of BIM application at the late research and development stage, so as to get the maximum benefit with minimum investment in the shortest time.
