Abstract:
Is the stability and safety of large diameter tunnel middle wall "double line in a hole" on the implementation of important basis. Through the existing project construction experience, based on the actual Laoshan tunnel project in Qingdao Silicon Valley project, the construction of the key the technology of partition wall is analyzed, and some conclusions are obtained: (1)to optimize the construction sequence, making construction plan on-site pouring, reduce the complexity of traditional order in construction, improve the construction speed, reduce the construction period; (2)a vibrating platform system for a the construction of middle partition wall has been developed. Has an important role for the problem of limited space, the vibration of concrete wall in the construction of concrete pouring quality improvement; (3)to force wall off key parts of the analysis, put forward the concept of "integrity", to achieve the overall goal of the wall and tunnel.
