Abstract:
In order to study the influence of shallow underground excavation construction method to urban buildings, the field observation of the building in a certain section will be conducted, and the three-dimensional explicit finite difference software FLAC3D will be ultilized to establish the numerical model of metro tunnel and urban buildings. With comparison and analyze data from both observation and numberial model simulation. It is found that the numerical simulation results of the settlement law of the building are basically consistent with the actual engineering observation data; the deformation of the building is lower than the allowable value; the incline and uneven settlement of buildings are more serious when closer to tube, and the settlement value increases with the increase of load. Taking into account the influence of construction technology level, structural form and the difference of the geological and hydrological differences to the uneven settlement, it is suggested that the 1.2~1.3 coefficient shall be applied, as the application of the numerical simulation results to the project.
