Abstract:
This paper took Qianhai Life Insurance National Support Center project as an example to introduce the engineering design and aseismic performance targets. SATWE and MIDAS programs were used for elastic dynamic time-history analysis under common earthquake and push-over analysis under rare earthquake, and measures were proposed for improvement of out-of-code structure aseismic performance. After analysis, it was found that engineering calculation indices satisfied the specification and reached the designed aseismic performance.
