Abstract：
Construction project decision making network planning technique involves multiple processes, different construction schemes, mechanical equipment, human resources and organization modes. After comparison of research and development schemes for a project, decision-making network planning technique was adopted to optimized the cost within the specified construction schedule and obviously reduced the construction cost.
